Hi Ladies,

Kindly be informed that before you fill in the Order Form, read through all the Terms & Condition first to avoid any inconveniences in future.

* All items will ONLY be delivered via shipping which is POSLAJU, CityLink Express and Kangaroo Express. (No COD will be entertain).
* All prices shown already included postage to Semenanjung Malaysia. For Sabah and Sarawak postage, you may add on accordingly (eg: +RM10-RM30).
* Please do not expect that your e-mail will be answered or replied as soon as we receive the e-mail.Please give us some time as we might not able or capable to answer ASAP due to some reason (we will reply within 24 hours).
* Once you have place the order through Order Form, we will reply and you have to make 50% deposit (Pre-Order) within 48 hours from our reply. (We will cancel the order if no payment receive within that range of time)
* We will proceed with the order once we have received the 50% deposit and you are required to make full payment within 7 days prior from the date of deposit payment. 
* We will shipped to you once the full payment has been received.
* Normal ETA will be 2 to 4 weeks so PLEASE be patient :) 
* In a meantime, we only accept cash term ( no credit card payment or installment)
 *Please make sure of the size and model you want before you decide to buy. We do not accept exchange if the size or model doesn't suits you. 

*Return Policy: Exchange policy STRICTLY for Quality Defect. No exchange on used items. All returned items MUST be in the original condition including plastic wraps, tag, or packages. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained. Seller is not responsible of damage during delivery. NO DAMAGED ITEMS by buyer allowed for exchanging.
